As previously reported, the singer fainted twice during the Australian rockers' show at the Hard Rock Café. He had allegedly complained earlier that day of not feeling well.
Cester was released today from University College Hospital in Euston, while he was admitted for dehydration and severe low blood pressure, NME reports.
The band, who are due to release third album Shaka Rock on September 7, are scheduled to perform an intimate acoustic set tonight at the capital's Parker McMillan.
Against strict advice from doctors, Cester has apparently confirmed his appearance despite continued speculation over his health.
