Taylor Swift's 'You Belong With Me' climbs to two, her highest ever position on the Billboard Hot 100, while Drake's 'Best I Ever Had' slips to three.
Meanwhile, New York five-piece Cobra Starship climb from ten to seven with 'Good Girls Go Bad', a collaboration with Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester.
Notable gains outside of the top ten come from Shakira, who leaps from 21 to 13 with 'She Wolf', and Green Day, who advance from 26 to 24 with '21 Guns'.
