The song, currently titled 'These Are My Twisted Words', has been posted on YouTube, NME reports.
The track allegedly features frontman Thom Yorke's distinctive vocals as well as the atmospheric guitar sound famed by the Oxfordshire band. The 'Nude' rockers have recently been recording new material at their hometown studio with producer Nigel Godrich.
The leak follows Radiohead's new download-only release 'Harry Patch (In Memory Of)' - a tribute to the last surviving British World War I veteran, who died last month.
Yorke recently declared that the group were looking to move away from making conventional albums when it comes to recording future releases.
