Pixie Lott 'suffering from bronchitis'

Pixie Lott has reportedly been forced to adopt a radical diet after being diagnosed with bronchitis.

The 'Mama Do' singer has been told to drink iced cucumber and vegetable juice smoothies in a bid to improve her condition ahead of a planned appearance at the V Festival this weekend.

"She's been taking this foul green mixture into every interview and slurping it between performances," a source told the Daily Star.

"She can't stand the taste, but she's had no choice."

The 18-year-old, who releases new single 'Boys And Girls' on September 7, admitted that she is considering donning a protective face mask in order to avoid spreading the virus.

"The Japanese wear a mask if they're ill out of politeness, maybe I should do that? I'd defo look a bit scary," she said.

Lott recently revealed that she is determined to remain down-to-earth in the wake of her quick rise to fame.
