The 'Paparazzi' singer reportedly arrived in the country wearing a leather jacket with spikes in the shape of a Star of David to cover a skimpy top.
According to Contactmusic, the 23-year-old vowed to dress more conservatively during her stay and described the trip as "an emotional and spiritual experience".
The star added that she planned to swim in the dead sea and called Jerusalem a "sacred and holy" place.
GaGa, who recently donned a gimp mask to a press conference in Malta, will perform in Tel Aviv on August 19.
