Big Boi: 'New OutKast album is fire'

Big Boi has promised that OutKast will release another album and described the record as "fire" and "top secret".

The rapper told AllHipHop that the follow-up to 2006's Idlewild would be released after he and his bandmate Andre 3000 put out their own solo LPs.

Big Boi said: "For all you OutKast lovers, the album is coming. I'm tired of talking about it and know y'all (sic) are tired of hearing me talk about it. But it's coming and the album is fire!

"The Kast album is top secret but Organised Noise had done the first couple of beats off there. We got Dre working on his solo so we're going to help him tighten that up.

"The Kast album is coming, then we got the Goodie Mob album coming, and then the Ceelo-Goodie album, so it's Dungeon Family for life!"

He added that Andre 3000 will feature on a single from his upcoming solo effort Sir Lucious Leftfoot: Son of Chico Dusty.

"The new single will be a song called 'Looking for You' featuring Andre 3000 and produced by Erik Sermon the Green-Eyed Bandit," he said.
