The 'Outta Here' singer, who made the clips in her bedroom in the Netherlands, signed up to Justin Timberlake's Tennman Records last year after he spotted her vocal ability.
"It's just been so surprising that people have told each other about it and it's just spun out of control," she told Radio 1.
"Right now I've got over 140 million views and it seems like, 'All these people are watching me?' It seems so surreal."
The star went on to praise Timberlake for helping to develop her music further.
"I think once I actually got in to the studio with him and started writing with him. I just saw how open he was and how interested he was in what I had to say," she said.
"We just work together really well. It felt like he was a mentor and he started becoming like more of a big brother to me. It's just so nice to work with him, he's so funny."
