The tour begins with a gig in Manchester on October 6 and is followed by dates in London, Nottingham, Sheffield, Liverpool, Cardiff and Aberdeen, Sky News reports.
Tito said: "The UK was a very special place to my brother Michael and I'm so excited to be able to pay my respect to his fans there."
He will be backed by his 14-piece band The Funk Brothers at the performances, while his family has also said that they will be present to support him.
Tito will be joining singer Knight on her own 'Midnight Train To Love - Farewell Tour'.
He added: "To be able to do this while supporting our dear friend Gladys is a complete blessing.
"Not many people know this, but it was actually Gladys who introduced my brothers and I to Berry Gordy which led to our signing to Motown Records and the rest, as they say, is history."
