Perry: 'Harris duet may not happen'

Katy Perry has claimed that her planned collaboration with Calvin Harris may not happen.

The singer, who performs in Glasgow's Barrowlands tonight, plans to meet up with Harris during her stay but cast doubt on whether they will duet together.

"We talk about doing something but he is turning into a big, fat star so I may not be able to schedule it," she told Razz.

"I used to think I could get him but now I just don't know. He might be just too big for me."

Rumours surfaced earlier this year that the pair would collaborate after Perry insisted that she wanted to record a "dance-oriented" second album.

Speaking to DS recently, Harris revealed his excitement about working with the singer.

"I'm looking forward to working with her - she's a normal person and she's not up her own a**e the way a lot of these American popstars are," he said.

"Katy Perry's an amazing popstar and when I heard she wanted to work with me I was like, 'What?! F**king definitely!'"
