The 'Hush Hush; Hush Hush' group were recently subject to speculation that certain bandmembers felt alienated due to the apparent favouritism shown towards Nicole Scherzinger.
"We're five girls who all have personalities and sometimes they clash but we ultimately love each other and we're sisters," Sutta told Australia's 2Day FM.
"Of course there are arguments here and there but we always work them out. I think that's why we're so successful, we know how to work together."
Sutta also maintained that rumours that the group were splitting up are false, adding: "I guess everyone likes to talk about the Dolls. There are no plans to break up, we're about to do our third album. It's silly, all the rumours make me laugh."
As previously reported, fellow bandmate Kimberley Wyatt said that The Pussycat Dolls are taking time out to focus on solo projects.
