The '22' singer told Absolute Radio that she sustained the injury after meeting up with musicians Skream & Benga in Scandinavia.
Allen said: "I didn't really want to like steal their limelight and stuff, so I was sort of crouching behind the decks, and I sort of fell off the back of their stage, about three feet onto my coccyx.
"It really was the most painful thing ever. It was really horrible, because I had one of my security guys with me, and he said he turned around and just saw these two feet sticking out of the floor, in the air."
She added: "You know when you fall over your kind of natural reaction is to get straight back up again?
"But I was in so much pain I thought I was paralysed or something. I mean, I really thought that I was going to have to have my legs cut off."
Allen confirmed that she "burst into tears" at a later gig and was "sobbing real toddler tears" after a painkilling injection started to fade during the show.
