The 'Before He Cheats' singer will release LP Play On on November 3, which marks the third disc she has recorded since winning American Idol in 2005, according to her official website.
Underwood co-wrote a number of songs on Play On alongside Luke Laird, who she collaborated with on 'So Small', 'Last Name' and 'Twisted' for her Carnival Ride record.
Her first two projects have sold over ten million copies combined, while she has won four Grammy Awards and was recently named entertainer of the year by the Academy of Country Music.
It was announced earlier that Underwood and Brad Paisley will host the Country Music Association Awards on November 11.
