The pop sensation, who toured Australia earlier this year as the support act for The Pussycat Dolls, will play six shows around the country in March and April.
The 'Poker Face' singer previously admitted that she has a soft spot for her fans down under, saying: "Coming to Australia is a real treat because everybody is so in love with pop music here."
Lady GaGa will kick off her Australian tour at Hordern Pavillion in Sydney on Wednesday, March 17 before travelling to Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and finishing at Challenge Stadium in Perth on Friday, April 2.
Tickets for the new arena tour will go on sale at 9am on Wednesday, September 16.
