The '99 Problems' rapper will play a unique, stripped-down show at Whiley's home on Friday, September 18. The Live Lounge gigs also traditionally include artists singing cover versions of famous tracks.
Other acts on the Live Lounge 2009 tour include Kasabian, who will play at guitarist Serge Pizzorno's home in Leicester, and JLS, who will sing at Aston Merrygold's London home.
Scottish rockers Biffy Clyro and grime star Dizzee Rascal complete the week's events.
"We hit the road again for another week of rock 'n' roll through the keyhole taking the live lounge on tour," said Whiley.
"This year will be tremendous - a whole lot of fun with a bunch of our favourite musicians letting us into their homes and private lives - culminating in Jay Z coming round to mine. Wonder how he takes his tea?! One lump or two?'"
