His track 'Run This Town', which also features vocals from Rihanna and Kanye West, zooms straight to the top of the UK singles chart this week.
Sugababes have to settle for a number two debut with 'Get Sexy', while David Guetta slips to three with 'Sexy Bitch'.
Last week's number one, 'Holiday' by Dizzee Rascal, tumbles to four.
Meanwhile, Kings of Leon's 'Sex On Fire' leaps from 33 to six - its first appearance in the top ten since last November.
Outside of the top ten, Wale and Lady GaGa debut at 12 with 'Chillin', while Booty Luv bow at 16 with 'Say It'.
