Muse found homecoming gigs
Muse bassist Chris Wolstenholme has described the band's recent homecoming concerts as "odd".

The 'Uprising' rockers performed at two outdoor gigs in Teignmouth last weekend, close to where the band grew up.

According to Angry Ape, Wolstenholme said: "I think the strangest thing was coming off stage getting in a car and five minutes after walking through my front door. I was walking around my kitchen last night thinking, 'This is very weird, what do I do now?'

"I was walking around my kitchen thinking, 'This is the oddest thing I've ever done in my life'."

Muse previewed several new songs from next album The Resistance at both shows. The record is due for release on September 14.

As previously reported, several elderly fans recently asked the band to move the concert site closer to their nursing home.
