Blige 'turns down Jackson tribute'

Yesterday, Jackson's brother Jermaine announced the lineup for the gig in Vienna, but Chris Brown has already said that he is not confirmed to appear.
Blige's spokesperson has now revealed that the singer will not be performing at the concert.
According to WENN, she will be unable to attend as she will be in Italy.
Natalie Cole, Sister Sledge and Akon are among the acts still expected to appear at the concert later this month.
