Michael's elder brother held a press conference in Kensington, London to reveal further news about The Tribute, which will feature stars performing hits from the late popstar's back catalogue.
"I've invited R. Kelly, Stevie Wonder and many others. Stevie is making every effort to be here and I spoke to him this morning, so it looks like he's going to be here," said Jermaine.
"Maroon 5 we are also speaking to, they are one of my favourite bands."
Speaking about the purpose of the shows, the Jackson 5 star added: "I just felt that there hasn't been closure for fans of Michael. Why did we pick Europe? Because his fanbase was very strong here. Why Austria? Because Michael was fascinated by castles, the history and culture.
"The purpose of the event is to pay tribute to my brother who was an incredible person and incredible humanitarian. We've invited many, many artists so they can pay homage to him. They will play his songs and that's the whole purpose.
"The focus is on the fans so they can feel and touch his legacy one more time. Our purpose is to keep his legacy in a dignified way."
Akon, Natalie Cole and Sister Sledge were confirmed to play the concert yesterday.
The tribute, which will be held outside the Schoenbrunn Palace in Vienna, will be broadcast live around the world on September 26.
