Klaxons praise Debelle Mercury success

The group, who won the prestigious gong with LP Myths Of The Near Future in 2007, claimed that Debelle's success will be a wake-up call to large record labels.
"It's a massive f**k off to big labels and I mean that from the heart," singer Jamie Reynolds told the Daily Star.
"We couldn't be happier that Speech won this year," James Righton added. "To have a rank outsider like her win, it's reminiscent of us because nobody was expecting it. She totally deserves it."
Speech Therapy, which reportedly sold fewer than 3,000 copies prior to scooping the Mercury prize, has since seen a significant sales increase and is currently at number four on the iTunes album chart.
