Peas thwart Jay Sean's US No.1 bid

The pop-rap group have now spent the last 23 weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 - 12 with 'Boom Boom Pow', followed by 11 with 'I Gotta Feeling'.
For the second week in a row, Sean has to settle for the number two spot with 'Down', a collaboration with Lil Wayne.
Miley Cyrus holds steady at three with 'Party In The USA', while Jay-Z bounces back to four with 'Run This Town'.
Meanwhile, Mariah Carey racks up her 27th US top ten hit after jumping from 11 to seven with 'Obsessed'.
Notable gains outside of the top ten come from Beyoncé, who advances from 46 to 39 with 'Sweet Dreams', and Lady GaGa, who jumps from 74 to 46 with 'Paparazzi'.
