Jermaine Jackson wants his rescheduled Tribute show for his late brother Michael to take place at Wembley.

Organisers World Tribute Productions are currently in negotiations with the London venue about moving the show there in 2010.

"We need time to confirm the location," a spokesperson told the BBC. "We are definitely moving to London and Wembley Stadium is our favourite location."

Earlier today, organiser Georg Kindel confirmed that they would not be hosting the concert at the Schoenbrunn Palace in Vienna, Austria, as originally planned.

Jermaine claimed that newspaper reports from Austria mocking the lineup prompted the decision to hold the show in London.

"When artists who have won eight Grammy Awards and sold millions of records around the world and are able to sell out large stadiums are then called 'B-list artists', are made fun of and generally disrespected, is something I just cannot understand," he said.

"If these artists are not welcome in Vienna, London is more than happy to have them."

Promoters had previously claimed that they expected 65,000 fans to attend the shows in Austria, with fans paying up to £448 for tickets.
