Ne-Yo told E!: "Expect an edgier, almost angrier Rihanna on this one.
"Rihanna says some things on this album that you've never heard her say before."
The singer-songwriter had previously denied that the 21-year-old is planning on writing a song about ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
