The concert at the Camden venue will be the group's only show in the capital this year and will see them play tracks from their seventh studio album Keep Calm And Carry On.
Writing on the band's site, bassist Richard Jones said: "It's been a good year so far. The album came together in the usual casual Stereophonics way and after a short stint in the studio it was finished before we knew it.
"We are all busting to get it out there and to play it live. So over the next few months you'll probably [be] seeing, reading and hearing more from us in various different guises!"
Tickets for Stereophonics' recently-announced show at Cardiff Castle have also sold out.
