After announcing the performance earlier this month, the Radiohead frontman posted a message on the band's official website to say that he plans to play the song 'Reckoner' after the broadcast, which will take place simultaneously in selected cinemas across the world.
Discussing the movie, Yorke wrote: "There is a film that is getting a lot of attention called The Age of Stupid. I've seen it and it stays with you - especially in light of the Copenhagen summit coming up in December where our glorious leaders must decide how we structure our plans to tackle climate change.
"After the screening, there will be a live discussion thing via global satellite link-up and after that I will be playing 'Reckoner' live from an undisclosed location."
Yorke recently confirmed the release of a solo 12" record featuring two new songs.
