Allen wrote a blog post attacking Ed O'Brien of Radiohead and Nick Mason of Pink Floyd for their perceived support of those who pirate music and was recently backed by Patrick Wolf.
On Twitter, Frankmusik said: "Lily Allen just sent me an email about the internet killing music for new artists. It was a bloody good bit of opinion."
Mika added: "I am totally with Lily Allen on the music piracy debate and will be getting involved. She's the first young artist to do something like this."
Allen has continued to debate the issue of file-sharing with followers on her Twitter page.
Meanwhile, ex-Savage Garden frontman Darren Hayes also wrote his own MySpace blog on the subject, calling on governments to "come down hard on ISPs and protect the recorded music industry".
The singer-songwriter further urged readers to consider Allen's views on the subject.
