Muse top Irish albums chart

Muse have topped the Irish albums chart with their latest offering The Resistance this week.

The band's fifth studio LP beats off competition from David Gray's Draw The Line and Jay-Z's The Blueprint 3 to take the top spot.

Florence and the Machine's Lungs drops down two places to fourth position, followed by David Guetta's One Love, which falls two spots to fifth.

Meanwhile, last week's chart-toppers The Script slump down to sixth place with their self-titled debut disc.
