Sugababes, Calvin Harris, La Roux and Diversity have also been announced to perform at the event, which will take place at Earls Court in London.
Further acts are expected to be announced in the coming weeks, and tickets are already on sale.
Dizzee Rascal, The Saturdays, Peter Andre and Alesha Dixon were among acts to perform at T4 On The Beach 2009, which took place in Weston-super-Mare in July.
