Discussing her latest music projects in an interview with DS, the Welsh star confirmed that she has been busy working on the follow-up to 2005's Wings in recent months.
Tyler revealed: "I've recorded about six tracks already and I've probably got about another five to go."
She continued: "Last night I did a track that I'd been asked to do - a country song for Wayne Warner from Nashville. He's big in Nashville. Hopefully the producers of Keith Urban are going to mix it and Emmylou Harris wants to do backing vocals on it. Can't be bad!"
The singer also spoke about her decision to re-release her classic hit 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart' with Last Choir Standing winners Only Men Aloud.
Describing the track as "a completely different version", she added: "[It's] orchestral and it's fabulous. Everybody's really excited about that."
Tyler will be seen making a cameo appearance in Hollyoaks Later on Friday. The soap spinoff continues tonight at 9pm on E4.
