The clip - entitled Amy Winehouse Out-Raps Kanye West for Zalon LOL!!!!! - was uploaded onto YouTube earlier this week. It is believed to have been filmed during recording sessions for the singer's forthcoming album.
In the video, Winehouse launches into a rambling rap while a member of her backing band and two other musicians jam in the background.
The star recently announced that her goddaughter's debut album will be the first release from her new record label Lioness Records.
