N-Dubz were crowned the 'Best UK Act' and also won the 'Best Album' prize for their debut Uncle B, while Beyoncé was named the 'Best International Artist', with her 'Single Ladies' clip judged to be the 'Best Video'.
Last year's X Factor runners-up JLS won the 'Best Song' award for 'Beat Again' and the band also won the 'Best Newcomer' prize.
On accepting the 'Best Song' award, the group's Marvin Humes said: "The band's success would have been inconceivable just a year ago.
"I just want to say thank you to all our supporters who are here tonight. I never thought we would be here. I never thought we'd get nominated, and I never thought we would win two awards."
