VV Brown 'eager to crack America'
Published Thursday, Oct 1 2009, 13:49 BST | By David Balls

The 'Game Over' singer, who kicks off her UK headline tour in November, said that she will first be making a short trip to the States to play some live dates.
"I'm heading off for a couple of weeks and I can't wait!" she told Metro.
Brown insisted that she would begin by playing smaller dates, claiming that many British acts had previously failed to find success because they did not work hard enough.
"It's because they can't be bothered to put the work in out there - you have to be willing to go and do the smaller gigs to get your name known but a lot of singers just assume they're going to hit the big time straight away," she said.
