According to Contactmusic, the rapper's Eight Mile Style and Apple reached a deal on Thursday in the dispute about royalty payments for his tracks.
Eight Mile Style originally sold all the star's song rights to Dr. Dre's Aftermath Records but claimed that the label was not authorised to sanction a separate deal to offer the songs as downloads.
Eminem's publishers also stated that Apple grossed around $2.58m (£1.72m) from the iTunes downloads, including over $465,000 (£310,000) from his 8 Mile soundtrack hit 'Lose Yourself'.
Details of the settlement have not been publicly disclosed.
