His track 'Break Your Heart' notches up a third week at number one, forcing Jay-Z and Keys to settle for second position with 'Empire State Of Mind'.
David Guetta and Akon slip to three with 'Sexy Bitch', while Shakira holds steady at four with 'She Wolf'.
Meanwhile, Australian rock four-piece The Temper Trap climb from 12 to seven with 'Sweet Disposition'.
Notable gains outside the top ten come from Jordin Sparks, who jumps from 39 to 18 with 'SOS (Let The Music Play)', and La Roux, who advance from 55 to 27 with 'I'm Not Your Toy'.
The Veronicas score the highest new entry of the week, landing at 17 with '4ever'.
