The rap superstar played a sold-out show at the Roundhouse in Camden last month and also supported Coldplay on their recent stadium tour.
A Live Nation spokesman told ThisIsLondon: "If you missed out on a ticket for the Roundhouse you better be quick in getting one of these when they go on sale on Friday."
Organisers have also promised that "surprise guests" will appear at the concert.
Jay-Z signed a reported $150 million (£95 million) deal with Live Nation last year and proclaimed himself "the Rolling Stones of hip-hop".
