The Scottish DJ and producer, who recently topped the chart with second album Ready For The Weekend, will headline the event, a joint venture by Ministry Of Sound and concert promoter AEG.
Ministry's head of tours and events Jenni Cochrane described the party as a "huge production" that will include multiple stages and a suspended LED aerial walkway where artists can perform above the crowd.
150,000 tickets for the event are on sale now at a cost of £50.
Eric Prydz and Dave Spoon have also been confirmed to appear at the 18s night.
