Brooks & Dunn, Reba McEntire, George Strait, Sugarland and inaugural nominee Darius Rucker (formerly of Hootie And The Blowfish) will also perform on the 43rd annual awards show.
Underwood previously announced that her third album Play On will be released on November 3.
The Country Music Association Awards will air November 11 on ABC.
