The actress has been battling throat problems, forcing her to pull out of several shows on her current 'Wonder World' tour.
However, Cyrus revealed that she has now been given the all-clear by doctors, meaning that tomorrow's scheduled performance in Michigan will now go ahead as originally planned.
She wrote on her Twitter page: "Got the go ahead from the Doc & the beast is ready to be unleashed! I always love performing in MI but this show is gonna get crazzzzyyy! (sic)"
