According to NME, the veteran rock band are leading the betting for the Sunday night headline slot.
Mick Jagger's group are 4/1 favourites to play the festival. Coldplay and David Bowie, who have both played the event before, are 8/1, while Muse are 10/1.
U2, Arctic Monkeys, Radiohead and Prince also have short odds. A reformed Oasis and boyband Take That are the outsiders at 33/1.
"We have lost a few quid on the headline act for two years running and it will be interesting to see if punters get it right again," said a William Hill spokesperson.
Tickets for Glastonbury 2010 sold out in 24 hours at the weekend. The festival, which celebrates its 40th anniversary next year, will take place from June 23 to 27, 2010 at its regular home in Worthy Farm, Somerset.
