The glamour model insisted that Andre exaggerated his role as a father figure to the 7-year-old on the track, which is expected to be the second release from new album Revelation.
"The one I don't think really represents very well is 'Unconditional', the one he did for Harvey, because he chose to only see him two nights every two weeks and that's not unconditional love," she told Heat.
Lyrics to the song include: "What I didn't realise is how you would change my life, turn me from a boy to a man. Becoming a father before I became a dad, Wish I was there for your first breath, Wish I could've helped with your first step, But I'm here now."
Price went on to claim that she had little memory of recording her duets album A Whole New World with Andre.
"I can't really remember it. I know we did it in America," she said. "But I think he sounds better live than he does on the album because it's all reverbed."
Andre recently added a futher five dates to his upcoming UK tour.
