The Black Eyed Peas will headline this year's BBC Switch Live.
JLS, The Saturdays, Pixie Lott, N-Dubz, Alexandra Burke and Britain's Got Talent star Shaheen Jafargholi will also appear at the event next month.
The concert, which will be hosted by DJ Nick Grimshaw and Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh, is only open to 14 to 17-year-olds.
Switch Awards will also be handed out during the event, with categories including Switch's Outstanding Artist, Switch's Stylish Human and the Teen Hero Award.
Walsh said: "I am really looking forward to co-hosting the BBC Switch Live event with Nick Grimshaw. The lineup looks amazing - it's going to be a great day."
The concert will be broadcast on BBC One, while highlights from the gig, including live music and backstage interviews, will be aired in a five-hour special on Radio 1.
Head of BBC Switch Geoffrey Goodwin said: "Switch Live is a spectacular British event for teens and I'm very proud of the incredible lineup that we've secured again this year - from international stars the Black Eyed Peas to British singing sensation Pixie Lott."
BBC Switch Live 2009 will take place at London's Hammersmith Apollo on November 8.
