According to reports, the singer is eager to achieve commercial success with the effort, due for release in 2010.
"She has been slogging it out in the studio trying to perfect the tracks for her album," a source told The Mirror.
"Nadine is very ambitious, has a great voice and many contacts in LA."
The insider added: "She approached Madonna's PR Barbara Charone to lay down the groundwork for when she is ready to launch her album early next year.
"If what she has done already is anything to go by she will definitely be huge."
