The singer, who released new single 'White Lies' on Monday, claimed that the collaboration has the potential to top the charts.
"It's called 'I Never Did It' and we filmed the video yesterday. Dappy kept saying, 'It's a number one'," he told the Daily Star.
"I like their swagger and their ambition, which they've got without being American about it.
"There's a line that Tulisa and I wrote in her verse about her checking her boyfriend's text while he was passed out.
"She was singing in a slightly American accent and we talked about it and agreed, 'Let's be London about this.
"We all live in the same area of North London and while I’ve not known them for that long, we really gelled."
Mr Hudson's second album Straight No Chaser will be released on October 19.
