Radio 2's Sir Terry Wogan announced the lineup, which has been organised by Gary Barlow, on his breakfast show this morning.
"I've always wanted to do something like this and I can promise a night to remember, a night that will, I hope, play a small part in changing the lives of disadvantaged children across the UK," said Barlow.
Wogan, Chris Moyles, Fearne Cotton and Gavin & Stacey star James Corden will host the event, which takes place on November 12.
