Snap! confirm greatest hits collection

The two-disc collection, titled The Power: Greatest Hits, will be released through Hard2Beat Records in the UK on October 19.
The first disc features singles including 'Rhythm Is A Dancer', 'Oops Up', 'Exterminate' and 'The Power', while the second disc contains new remixes by Armand Van Helden, Tocadisco, Tom Novy, Michael Gray, Matrix and Futurebound.
The duo, currently made up of original singer Penny Ford and new member Benjamin Lowe, rose to fame when their debut single 'The Power' reached number one in 1990.
'Rhythm Is A Dancer' later spent six weeks at the top spot in 1992.
Danish group Alphabeat recently revealed that they had been inspired by early-'90s dance acts including Snap! on their new album The Spell.
