The 'LoveGame' singer will kick off the North American jaunt in Montreal on November 27 and bring the show to an end in New York on January 21.
It was earlier announced that Kid Cudi will be accompanying the 23-year-old on the road after plans to team up with Kanye West fell through.
Lady GaGa is due to release a re-package of her breakthrough album The Fame, called The Fame Monster, ahead of 'The Monster Ball'.
Describing the show as a "multimedia artistic experience in the style of the first-ever pop electro opera", she told fans: "A message to all my little monsters: The Fame Monster will come out four days before the first live show. You have exactly 96 hours to learn all of the lyrics so you can sing along. Dress accordingly."
GaGa famously attended a German interview sporting a Kermit The Frog creation and donned a gimp mask for a press conference in Malta.
