The 34-year-old, who produced tracks on Allen's 2006 debut album Alright, Still, insisted that the pair will remain friends in the future.
"I can't go back to working with Lily," he told The Sun. "There's been no falling out but our creative relationship has ended."
According to rapper Lethal Bizzle, Ronson has instead been focusing on producing Amy Winehouse's upcoming third album.
"I was talking to Mark about Amy. He thinks she's getting better and they are working together and will start recording soon. Everything he does is awesome," he said.
Ronson was recently forced to deny speculation that he had been lined up to work with Boyzone on their first studio album in ten years.
