The track has been written, performed and recorded by contributors without any direct musical input from the team's leaders, YouTube bloggers Johnny, Jimmy, Charlie and Alex.
'I've Got Nothing' was recorded in Newport and will be released on November 9. The boys have been set the goal of reaching number one for Children In Need.
In the most recent episode of the programme, the group spoke to 82-year-old Pete Oakley of The Zimmers, a band who reached number 26 in the UK charts with a cover of The Who's 'My Generation' in May 2007.
Oakley told the team: "Everything is about image and visuals. The song could be crap, for want of a better word, but it's the video, the thing that is going to be seen and picked up by television that's the most important thing in my opinion."
Last month, 'The One And Only' popstar Chesney Hawkes acted as a lyrics advisor on the project and suggested that the team could succeed in its goal of topping the charts.
Chartjackers continues this Saturday at 1.10pm on BBC Two.
