His track 'Down' was dethroned by Spears's '3' seven days ago, but returns the favour this week to return to the top.
Jason DeRulo climbs to two with 'Whatcha Say' - a track that samples Imogen Heap's 'Hide and Seek' - while Miley Cyrus holds steady at three with 'Party In The USA'.
Spears's '3', meanwhile, slips to five.
The only new track in the top ten comes from Black Eyed Peas, who climb from 17 to nine with 'Meet Me Halfway'.
Outside the top ten, Chris Brown leaps from 52 to 27 with 'I Can Transform Ya', while Cascada jump from 39 to 31 with 'Evacuate The Dancefloor'.
