The singer, who is scheduled to release the record on November 16, has allegedly cancelled planned press days following the death of bandmate Stephen Gately earlier this month.
"Ronan has gone away for a few days to get his head together following Stephen's funeral," a source told the Daily Star.
The 32-year-old is still expected to embark on a 16-date tour to promote the album, kicking off in Glasgow on February 19.
According to reports, Keating has vowed to complete the final part of Gately's upcoming children's book The Tree Of Seasons.
