The Killers, Gossip, Armand Van Helden and Basement Jaxx have been confirmed as headline acts for the event, which takes place in Sydney, Perth, Gold Coast and Melbourne in February next year.
Also appearing are Busta Rhymes, Salt-N-Pepa, Gym Class Heroes, Friendly Fires and Naughty By Nature will also be performing.
Nicole Richie's former fiancé DJ AM had been signed up to perform at the show before his death from an accidental overdose in August.
